Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

These are video files, not physical goods. There is no shipping, no postage and no delivery address. You receive a download link, so your location makes no difference to the cost or the speed.

What we need from you first

The clock starts once we have received payment and the material we need to customize your template:

• Your logo, ideally as PNG with a transparent background or as a vector file.
• The exact text you want on screen, spelled the way you want it to appear.
• Your brand colors, if you have specific ones.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Simple text-only changes are often the same day. If your request is unusually complex we tell you the realistic date before you pay, not after.

How the files reach you

We send a download link over WhatsApp, or by email if you prefer. Final renders are large, so they are hosted on Google Drive or WeTransfer rather than sent as an attachment. The link stays active for at least 14 days — download and back up your file within that window.

What you receive

A finished MP4 render in the resolution listed on the template page, ready to upload straight to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or your editing timeline. Templates with a transparent background are delivered in a format that preserves the alpha channel so you can layer them over your own footage.

If your file has not arrived

Message us on WhatsApp. Late or missing deliveries are our responsibility to fix, and if we cannot deliver you are covered by our refund policy.
